OpenSRS offers 24x7 reseller support via phone, live chat, and email.

Live chat is available on the right hand side of this page by clicking the Help badge and selecting Live Chat. 

You can email us by contacting help@opensrs.com. We aim to respond to every email within 24 hours, although most requests are answered in less time.
