OpenSRS Storefront is a fully hosted, brandable e-commerce site that lets you start selling domains immediately. Storefront handles all the end-user billing on your behalf, allowing customers to pay by credit card using the OpenSRS payment gateway service. Customers manage their domains through a user-friendly Domain Manager, allowing them to deploy, manage, and renew the services provisioned through your Storefront.
Managing domains
- Enter credentials and hit Log in.
- Select the Domains tab.
- Choose the domain you wish to view from the list on the domains page.
- Review the domain status under the Domain details tab.
- All changes to the domain are listed under the Event log tab.
Managing customers in Storefront
Storefront Manager includes tools to manage your customers.
Customer details | Customer details keep a record of the contacts and a Login as a customer link to manage the account directly. |
Domains | Displays a list of domains the customer has registered. |
Event log |
Shows any account changes this customer has made. |
Customer details
- Enter credentials and hit Log in.
- Select the Customers tab.
- Use the search bar to find the specific customer, or click on the name from your customer list.
- Storefront manager allows you to manage your customers directly.
Login as customer Select Login as customer to access the account. Email address Clicking Update will change the email address for the account. Password Hit Reset to update the password for the account.
Domains
- Enter credentials and hit Log in.
- Select the Customers tab.
- Use the search bar to find the specific customer, or click on the name from your customer list.
- Choose Domains to display a list of domains the customer has registered.
Event log
- Enter credentials and hit Log in.
- Select the Customers tab.
- Use the search bar to find the specific customer, or click on the name from your customer list.
- Press Event log to display a log of significant changes to the account.
Managing Pricing
The Storefront manager offers control over your markup pricing structure.
Adjusting markup pricing
- Enter credentials and hit Log in.
- Click Pricing.
- Select Edit.
- Enter the markup percent and hit Save changes.
Adjusting rounding
- Enter credentials and hit Log in.
- Click Pricing.
- Select Pricing and hit Edit.
- Adjust the values that fit your needs and hit Save changes.
Adjusting add-on services
- Enter credentials and hit Log in.
- Click Pricing.
- Hit Edit next to add-on services.
- Adjust the pricing for add-on services and hit Save changes.
Managing TLD pricing
Adjusting registration and renewal pricing
- Enter credentials and hit Log in.
- Click Pricing.
- Select TLD pricing, and hit Edit pricing.
- Adjust any pricing for the TLD and hit Save changes.
Adjusting transfer pricing
- Enter credentials and hit Log in.
- Click Pricing.
- Press TLD pricing, followed by Edit pricing.
- Adjust any pricing edits and hit Save changes.
Adjusting redemption pricing
- Enter credentials and hit Log in.
- Click Pricing.
- Press TLD pricing, followed by Edit pricing.
- Select Redemption and adjust any pricing edits, then hit Save changes.
Bulk editing TLD pricing
- Enter credentials and hit Log in.
- Click Pricing.
- Select TLD pricing, then choose Bulk edit.
- Adjust pricing for the number of TLDs selected and hit Save changes.
Managing Orders
The orders page shows all orders done by your customers, including date, amount, and status.
- Enter credentials and hit Log in.
- Select the Orders tab.
- Press on the order ID.
- You can review all order details under the Order items tab.
- The Transactions tab will show you the order status.
