Adding and removing domain aliases

A domain alias is an alternate name for a domain. Users will be able to use these alternative domains for incoming messages or in the field of outgoing messages. We offer aliases as an alternative to catch-all mailboxes, which are prone to brute force and dictionary attacks.

Every domain alias requires its own unique DNS configuration to receive mail. There is no separate process for setting the DNS records for a domain alias; for DNS purposes, it is merely another domain. We allow up to 1000 email aliases per domain.

Note: Domain admins and higher can enable webmail domain alias support. Only company admins can create domain aliases.
