Trouble Receiving Validation Emails for GeoTrust SSL Certificate Orders

If your client (or the end-user) is still unable to receive the validation email after having whitelisted and having the validation email resent by GeoTrust, the following option is available to validate the order:

The order can also be validated if the listed approver (based on the order) sends an email to with the order ID (supplier order ID), the domain in question, and a line stating: "I approve Order ID xxxxxxx."
