The password of your OpenSRS reseller account expires regularly and needs to be reset once in every six months for improved security. To facilitate this process, the Reseller Control panel will indicate that your password will expire in X number of days. You can reset the password from the Account settings tab. If you are already locked out, please use the Forgot password link to gain access.
Reset your reseller account password
While you have access to the control panel, you can reset the password from the account settings tab.
- Click on the account settings tab in the Reseller Control panel.
- Under User settings, click on the Edit button.
- Enter the current password and the new password that you want to update on your account.
- Click Save.
