Email quota notifications

Resellers have the option to receive monthly reports listing users who are near or over their quota limit. This tool is helpful for proactively monitoring users and ensuring mailbox capacity is not reached, resulting in deferred messages. The list includes all users in the company who are over 80% of their capacity.

Reseller notification message

The email notifying resellers about the quota is sent out once per month. The originating address for the notice is postmaster@opensrs.com. The message's subject is email users at or near storage limit (starting with the number of users). For example, if there are four users on the list, the subject will be 4 email users at or near storage limit.

The list of users is found at the bottom of the message and the percentage of the respective users' quota. Addresses listed will start a personalized message to the user when clicked. The default subject of this message is: you have reached/exceeded your storage limit.
